About Renée

Renée Ward is an accomplished advertising, sales & marketing  executive, coach, mentor, public speaker and trainer with quantifiable executive level sales/business development experience.

Her efforts to date have generated close to a billion in revenues for a plethora of companies in a wide swath of industries. She’s adept at presenting before Fortune 100 boards as well as little mom and pop shops.

She's had an outstanding management career with several innovative Fortune 500 companies, and ran her own highly effective sales and marketing company. 

She is well known for her ability to work cross-functionally through team building and leveraging resources for group initiatives; ability to craft and deliver high level presentations, proposals and pitches; broad-based business, industry, IT, Internet and new media knowledge.

She launched the first national online career center for businesses that recruit young adults in the high school and college age groups (Teens4Hire) and followed that success with a site to match businesses with job seekers 50 and older (Seniors4Hire). 

She was Co-Chair of the Workforce Investment Board of Santa Ana, CA.
