Renée’s had an outstanding management career with several
innovative Fortune 500 companies, and runs her own highly effective sales and
marketing consulting company.
She was a Vice President of Business Development for
Spherion owned JobOptions.com, an early leader in the online classified network
space.
She also served as Vice President for TMP Worldwide
Advertising & Communications (parent of monster.com) and has done extensive
print/digital advertising consulting with newspaper and media companies across
the country.
Renée is a recognized public speaker and has been featured
on the CBS Early Show, NBC Today Show, CBS Evening News, CNN, Comcast Cable,
and UPN News.
She has been quoted and featured in thousands of print
publications such as the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, the New York Times,
Dallas Morning News, Chicago Tribune, Kiplinger, the Bottom Line, AARP
magazine, US News and World Report, Christian Science Monitor, Seventeen, and
Newsweek to name a few.
She launched the first national online career center for
businesses that recruit young adults in the high school and college age groups
and followed that success with a site to
match businesses with job seekers 50 and older.
She was Co-Chair of the Workforce Investment Board of Santa
Ana, CA.
She is well known for her ability to work cross-functionally
through team building and leveraging resources for group initiatives; ability
to craft and deliver high level presentations, proposals and pitches;
broad-based business, industry, IT, Internet and new media knowledge.

Renée attended Northwestern University and is a graduate
of the University of Southern California with a BA in Broadcast Journalism.
